This is a large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool in the St Georges area near the renowned areas of Agios Georgios and Coral Bay. It is 750m from the beach and coastline and has sea views from most areas of the house. You can walk down to the beach in 10 minutes or less. The bedroom also has patio doors out to the garden and pool making it a very private and self contained area.

Upstairs, a galleried landing leads to 2 further bedrooms which again are of a good size, the master having a king-sized bed and en-suite which comprises shower and cubicle. The twin room also has an en-suite with bath and shower. A balcony runs the full length of the upstairs, facing south and affording wonderful views of the immediate farmland, over to the Mediterenean Sea with the church at Agios Georgios making up part of the scenery. This is a great area to sit in peace and quiet, have breakfast or a coffee and relax and enjoy the Cyprus sunshine.

Outside, a long (pergola covered) driveway that can accommodate 2 cars leads to the front of the house and round into the rear garden area. The rear garden has been carefully landscaped and has a 8m x 4m pool as its centrepiece.
